“Hands to your ears – racquet touch your back”. For forehands and two-handed backhands, try to make your follow through end with your hands very close to your opposite ear. If you can touch your back with your racquet head at the end of your swing, after completely hitting through the ball, you are guaranteeing yourself a solid follow through. Having a long (hands to your ears), but compact (racquet touching your back) swing will increase your power and control. A good follow through will always help you get the most out of your own strengths and assist you when you are in a stressful situation on the court.
